Marwan was born and raised in Anaheim California. He is an Attorney licenced with the State Bar of California and the United States District Court of the Southern District of California. Marwan is also Certified by the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA) as a Mediator. Marwan’s focuses are on Family Law and Civil Litigation.
Marwan earned his Juris Doctor from the University La Verne, College of Law. During his time in Law School, Marwan was elected Class Representative, joined the ABA Traveling Trial Team, and received an Award of Excellence as a member of the ABA Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. In his last year, Marwan accepted an offer by Law School Administration to represent La Verne at the The Honorable Joseph B. Campbell Inn of Court, an organization which fosters excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills.
Prior to Law School, Marwan attended California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. During undergrad, Marwan was elected Student Senator and studied Spanish Abroad in Barcelona, Spain. Finally, Marwan volunteered for Court Appointed Special Advocates or (CASA), an association which supports and promotes court-appointed advocates for abused or neglected children. Before leaving CASA, Marwan fostered an Internship program between CSUF and CASA.
Marwan is Palestinian American and speaks conversational Arabic.
